We butt weld and electrofusion weld HDPE pressure pipe for water and gas mains, producing joints as strong as the pipe itself. Every weld is logged with the parameters used so it can be verified later.
HDPE is also used for stormwater and sewer mains where a fully sealed, root resistant system is needed. We weld drainage mains to the specified fall and alignment and pressure test before backfill.
A sealed HDPE main means no root intrusion and no infiltration, the two most common causes of a drainage main failing early.
Welds are visually inspected and, where required, bend tested to confirm fusion quality. We provide weld logs and test results as part of the project's quality documentation.
